Background: This is an early morning discussion between Karbone Kapicha and Welly Suppocha
Karbone – Welly, so this is our latest ESG report, eh?
Welly – It is, sir. It is a very detailed one, Mr Kapucha. There were more than 100 pages of highlights in it when I saw it yesterday.
Karbone – It strikes me that there is something really amiss in the report.
Welly – Really, sir? Is there something wrong with the detailed contents?
Karbone – Actually, no. What I find missing are the detailed contents that you speak so highly of. Our report is, to put it in the simplest of terms, blank. There is nothing inside except for the cover page.
Welly appears a bit confused. Karbone continues…
Karbone – There must be some mistake. Where are all the highlights of ESG activities we did in the past 12 months, covered in the 100 glorious pages you referred to?
Welly suddenly remembers something.
Welly – Sir, I now remember, yes. Do you recall that you recommended that we put our ESG report through the Truth Machine developed by the company BlossomAI?
Karbone – Of course, yes, I do. I wanted to ensure that whatever we claim to have done in ESG has at least some impact. Did you put our ESG report through that admirable machine yesterday?
Welly – Yes, sir. And if my suspicions are correct, what you hold in your hands right now is the output from the machine.
